My husband bought this for me, and it is probably the best present he has gotten me yet!
I wanted to write a full and worthy review on this, since I see that there have been many that have been quite lackluster, one liners about things not relating to weight loss. Everyone is so happy to get their product fast, or commenting about the label.
I saw this on Dr. Oz so I thought I would give it a try. I’ve been watching his show for the past few years since he was on Oprah and I am very thankful for a lot of the free medical information that I have gotten from him.
I have been 170 pounds since having my second child one year ago. The weight has been really tough to shed. Unlike my sister, I am not able to just magically melt back to my former girlish figure. I’ve been struggling to lose it, and without much luck unfortunetly.
I have been taking this brand of Ketones for about a month, and I noticed a difference after the first 10 days. I had actually dropped 5 pounds. I thought it was too good to be true. I thought actually something else might be wrong, so I went to my doctor. He tested my urine and said it was high in ketones. I brought him in the bottle and he was actually impressed. He said that most likely my weight loss had been entirely due to the ketones, and not diet or anything else. I was a little relieved and a lot thankful.
I will continue to post as my weight loss journey progresses. Hopefully I will continue to have as much luck with these as I have had so far. Am still wondering if there is a limit to how effective or potent they will be, will they get me back down to 130? I hope so! All signs point to yes so far.

I thought with all the hype surrounding raspberry ketones (and the lack of scientific evidence to back it up), it would either be a placebo or just flat out not work, but decided to give it a shot since it’s relatively cheap compared to other weight-loss aids and is natural so I figured what do I have to lose? I’m only about 20 lbs overweight and just need help losing these last few pounds.
Admittedly, the first couple weeks nothing happened. I started reading more recent reviews for this product on here and they were all one or two stars so this was very discouraging. Then seemingly out of nowhere, one day my appetite was severely lessened. I wasn’t constantly thinking about my next meal (I think that’s the biggest obstacle with weight loss. I eat healthy, I just tend to overeat). I even was skipping meals if I wasn’t cognizant of when I’d eat during the day. As of now, I’m down 7 lbs. and I’ve been taking these for a little over three weeks. It is probably worth noting that I don’t subscribe to any exercise regimen; I do go to work and get up and about every day, but I don’t go to the gym at all. Also my diet is quite healthy and borderline vegan (every so often I have dairy and a little meat), so I think this also helps in the weight-loss efforts.
Very happy with the results so far. I haven’t had any negative side effects at all like some that have posted before me. No jitters, nausea, stomach aches. I also don’t feel extra energy like some have claimed . . . The only thing I’ve noticed is a lessened appetite. I just take one pill each night typically with a meal. Works for me and I’ve recommended it to a few friends, as well.
